This Privacy Policy describes how Sendfy | Bulk SMS, Whataspp Marketing, AI Agent & Payment Gateway ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses and protects information when you use our bulk SMS platform and related services (the "Service").
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, organization details and billing information when you register for an account. We also collect information necessary to deliver the Service, including the message content, recipient phone numbers, sender identifiers and delivery status of the SMS you send through the platform.
We use collected information to provide, maintain and improve the Service; to process transactions and send related communications; to route and deliver messages through our SMS gateway partners; to monitor for fraud, abuse and violations of our terms; and to communicate with you about your account, including security alerts and support responses.
We share message data with SMS gateway and telecommunications partners solely as needed to deliver your messages. We apply role-based access controls, encrypted credential storage and audit logging to protect account and message data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may access, update or request deletion of your account information at any time by signing in to your dashboard or contacting us directly. Recipients of SMS sent through the Service can opt out of future messages as instructed within those messages, where applicable.
